Service Description
Relive the energy of your event in cinematic style. Over up to 8 hours on-site, our two-camera video team (with an additional photographer) captures every key moment. You’ll receive a 2-5 minute highlight film that showcase the event’s atmosphere. We handle all filming and editing, delivering polished videos that tell your event’s story. Perfect for conferences, concerts, parties, and corporate events.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Process: To secure services, contact us via website, email, or phone. A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your date. This retainer applies toward your total package cost. Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise arranged. Payment: Payments accepted via Zelle, debit/credit card, or secure invoice. Projects over $500 require card or invoice payments for documentation. Checks and Net 30 terms accepted only for approved business clients with signed agreement. Cash accepted for select local bookings under $500, payable in full before the session with a digital receipt. Late payments may delay delivery or incur fees. Work Commencement: No work begins until full payment is received unless agreed in writing. Cancellation & Refund: Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours may qualify for up to 30% refund of the total fee. Packages: Packages specify shoot duration, edits, locations, etc. Add-ons/custom requests incur additional fees. Travel & Accommodation: Travel outside a 25-mile radius is billed separately to the client. Bookings made less than 3 days prior incur a $75 last-minute accommodation fee due with the retainer. Copyright & Usage: WNR retains copyright. Clients receive personal-use licenses; commercial use requires written consent. Delivery Timeline: Final edited content delivered within 14 business days unless otherwise stated. Rush edits available for a fee. Delivery via WNR Client Album, Dropbox, or agreed method. Revisions: One round of revisions included. Additional changes start at $50. Requests must be within 5 business days of delivery. Rescheduling: Retainer applies to reschedules within 30 days. Beyond that, a new retainer may be required. Liability: WNR is liable only up to the amount paid. Not responsible for delays, weather, or client-related issues beyond control. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate schedules, access, permissions, lighting, and releases. Force Majeure: WNR may cancel/reschedule without penalty due to uncontrollable events, working with clients for solutions. Dispute Resolution: Disputes resolved via mediation/arbitration per New Jersey laws. Additional Costs: Overtime billed at $150/hour. Privacy & Consent: WNR may use select images/videos for promotion unless client opts out in writing. Agreement: Submitting retainer confirms agreement to these terms. Digital or written acknowledgment may be requested.
