Booking Terms & Policies

  Booking Process:

1. To secure our services, clients must initiate the booking process by contacting us via our website, email, or phone.

 

  Deposit:

2. To officially reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required. This secures our time, gear, and creative resources for your project.

Retainer fees are applied toward the total cost of your package. Remaining balance is due the day of the shoot.

 

  Payment Schedule:

3. The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled session, unless otherwise communicated.

Clients may pay through Zelle, debit/credit card, or via our secure invoice system. Booking and payment can also be completed directly through our website.

  • For projects over $500, payment must be made through card or invoice for proper documentation and protection.

  • Checks and Net 30 terms are accepted only for approved business clients with a signed written agreement. Work will not begin until terms are confirmed.

  • Cash is accepted for select local bookings under $500 and must be paid in full prior to the session. A digital receipt will be issued.

All payments are invoiced and documented. Late payments may result in delivery delays or added fees.

  Work Commencement:

4. No edits or work will begin on photos or videos until full payment has been made, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

  Cancellation and Refund:

5. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule, the deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the session, up to 30% of the total fee may be refunded to the client.

  Package Details:

6. Each package clearly states what’s included (shoot duration, edits, locations, etc.).
Add-ons or custom requests are available for an additional fee.

  Travel and Accommodation:

7. For sessions or events outside of our 25-mile service radius, travel and accommodation expenses will be billed separately and are the responsibility of the client.

  Accommodation Fee:
8. For bookings made less than 3 calendar days before the scheduled session, an additional $75 last-minute accommodation fee will apply. This fee covers expedited scheduling, priority resource allocation, and any necessary travel or staffing adjustments. This fee must be paid along with the retainer to secure the booking.

  Copyright and Usage:

9. We retain the copyright to all photographs and videos produced. Clients receive a license for personal use, including sharing on social media. Commercial use of the media requires prior written consent.

​

  Delivery Timeline/ Delivery:

10. Final, edited content will be delivered within 14 business days after the shoot — unless otherwise communicated based on project scope.

Rush edits may be available for an additional fee.
Delivery is via:

  • WNR PRODUCTIONS Client Album

  • Dropbox

  • Unless another method is agreed on.

 Revisions:

11. Your package includes one round of revisions (photo/video). Additional changes beyond the first round may be subject to additional charges, starting at $50 depending on scope.

Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

 Rescheduling:

12. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate — but your retainer fee will still be applied to the new date, provided it’s rescheduled within 30 days. After that, a new retainer may be required.

​

 Liability:

13.  We always aim for excellence, but in rare cases, unforeseen issues may occur (weather, technical failures, emergencies). WNR Productions’ liability is limited to the amount paid under the agreement.

We are not liable for lost moments due to late arrival, uncooperative subjects, or changes in schedule outside of our control.

 Client Responsibilities:

14. You agree to:

  • Provide an accurate schedule, shot list, and expectations in advance

  • Ensure access to shooting locations, permissions, and appropriate lighting or staging, if needed

  • Obtain any required model or talent releases

​

 Force Majeure:

15. In cases of natural disaster, illness, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your session without penalty. We will work with you to find the best solution possible.

 Dispute Resolution:

16. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation or arbitration, following local New Jersey laws.

​

 Additional Costs:

17. Packages include a set number of hours. Any time beyond the agreed duration will be billed at $150/hour.

 

Privacy and Consent:

18. We respect your privacy. Select images or video clips may be used in our portfolio or social platforms, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

​

 Signature:

19. Submitting your non-refundable retainer fee confirms your agreement to these terms. A digital signature or written acknowledgment may also be requested to finalize your booking

​

**By booking our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We recommend reviewing the contract carefully before submitting the deposit.**
